Hi, I’m Taylor S. I am a Ride and Lagree instructor at HeartCore. I come from an endurance and strength training background and fell in love with fitness through running, group classes, and helping others discover how strong they really are. My coaching style is high-energy, encouraging, and detail-driven, so expect challenging, feel-good classes set to motivating music with plenty of form cues and positive vibes. When I’m not in the studio, I’m usually training for a race or experimenting with new ways to build strength and stamina. HeartCore resonates with me because it’s a community that values purposeful movement, sustainable training, and showing up as your best self — together.
