Once you’re set, book a class at a time that works for you — each modality is designed to meet you exactly where you are and help you build strength, confidence, and consistency.
Move in form-fitting, breathable activewear and bring your water bottle — we have a filtered water station at check-in so you can fill up before class.

What to Bring & Wear
Lagree (MEGA): Grip socks required
Ride: SPD clip-in cycling shoes (complimentary rental for your first class)
Body Roll: Long sleeves and leggings or pants required; no exposed skin or jewelry

Arrive Early
All first-time clients must arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you dialed in, clipped in, and mega-ready before class begins.
What We’ll Cover
Ride: Bike fit, SPD clipping-in, and rhythm basics
Lagree (MEGA): Megaformer orientation, alignment cues, and spring changes
Body Roll: Clothing check and machine walkthrough
Showing up early ensures you feel confident, supported, and fully prepared from the moment class starts.
If you have any injuries, concerns, or goals, let your coach know at check-in — we’re here to keep you moving safely and powerfully.
