Signature Ride
Our classic HeartCore ride experience — a full-body, rhythm-driven cycling class blending choreography, sprints, climbs, and core engagement. This class includes one dedicated dumbbell arm track to bring light upper-body strength work into your ride. A perfectly balanced 45-minute sweat that leaves you empowered and energized. Ride Sculpt
Signature Ride with enhanced upper-body strength work. This format incorporates Bala Bangles wrist weights and light dumbbells to tone and strengthen the upper body throughout class, seamlessly layering sculpting work into the ride while maintaining rhythm and flow. Tone, sculpt, and sweat — your full-body ride, elevated with an upper-body twist.
Ride Foundations
The perfect ride for beginners or anyone craving deeper form focus. You’ll learn bike setup, rhythm riding fundamentals, safe transitions, and choreography basics — all at a supportive, slower pace with extra coaching and zero pressure. Learn the basics, build your confidence — the foundation of every great ride.
Ride Resistance
An athletic, power-driven ride that is leg-heavy, resistance-focused, and climb-oriented. With slower pacing and fewer choreography elements, this class allows you to push harder, climb deeper, and stay fully engaged through longer intervals. Expect heavy legs, intentional resistance, and strong, steady efforts that elevate your power and endurance. Less choreo, more power — a ride built for strength.
